We would like to advise that we will be writing to our members over the coming days to update documentation in relation to address and identity verification.

Member Details - REMINDER

A few weeks ago we sent out a communication for members to update documentation in relation to address and identity verification.

As mentioned this a legal requirement by all financial institutions including Credit Unions. 

We are giving away 10 x €100, in a draw,  for any members who send in the required documentation before 31st August.

Many thanks to all of you who have sent it in so far!

All financial institutions are obliged under the Criminal Justice Money Laundering & Terrorist Financing) Acts 2010 & 2013 to collect documentation that confirms members' identity and their residential addresses.  We apologise if some of these requests may be inconvenient, but we hope you understand that we have a legal obligation and duty to comply in full with all legal and regulatory requirement.
